We know we can walk the walk but can we walk and talk??
We are going to be going up to Devil's Lake State Park for a walk/hike/social event on October 24th! We will be meeting at the Labor Temple at 9am for car pools up to the lake so we can make it there by 10am. The day rate per vehicle will be $13 so we can figure that out when we know how many cars we are bringing. There are trails there that range from 1 mile to over 4 so we can decide which one we want to do when we get together.

Working Group Info:
The Abolitionist Working Group (AWG) formed out of the work to Derail the Jail and the Doyle Resolution campaigns to stop the jail expansion and decarcerate Dane County. This group is the home in Madison Area DSA for all abolition-related work. We believe that abolition is a key tenet of socialism as prisons and policing are some of the most direct and personal means of state-driven oppression in our current society.
